Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 tbsp cocoa powder @culto_cacao

1 tsp chia

1/3 of cup of milk, the one of your preference

2 tbsp water

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 envelope from stevia @svetiaoficial

Chocolate to put on top, I used the one from @culto_cacao


Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients except the chocolate in the blender.
  2. Blend until a dough is left.
  3. Put in a well greased mold.
  4. Give the mold a few strokes so that your dough expands and is even.
  5. Add the chocolate on top, you can still put whatever you want.
  6. To do it in the INSTANT POT, add 3/4 of a cup of water and put your mold on the rack that it brings, the mold should not touch the water. Cover your cupcake with aluminum foil and cook under pressure for 15 minutes. When the time is up, leave it for 10 minutes without removing the pressure and then you can take it out.
  7. To make it in the OVEN, it is baked without covering it or anything at 180º for 20-25 minutes or until it is a little puffed up.
