Pecan Brownies


Recipe from



1/4 cup almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup monk fruit

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

3 tbsp. Culto cocoa powder

1/2 cup blanched almond flour

1/4 tbsp. sea ​​salt

2 tbsp. Chopped chocolate 70% Cacao from CULTO

Pecan Topping

1/2 cup chopped pecan

1/8 ceta. of salt

2 tbsp. Maple syrup


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Cº (350ºF) and prepare a mold with waxed paper.
  2. In a large bowl add almond cream, maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla, and beat well.
  3. Add the monk fruit, cocoa, almond flour and salt. Mix until you get a unified dough.
  4. Incorporate the chocolate into pieces.

For the topping:

  1. In a small bowl mix pecan nuts with honey and salt.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes and once the mixture looks firmer, remove from the oven and cover with topping.
  3. Return to the oven to finish baking for about 10 more minutes or until when you insert a toothpick, it comes out dry.
