Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chocolate Chia Pudding 

Recipe by Fer Borja, healthcoach 



· 3 tablespoons chia seeds
· 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk (you could use just one type of milk too)
· 2 teaspoons CULTO Cacao Powder



  1. Mix the chia with the milk, stir well and let it rest for at least 1 hour or more (you can do it one night before and leave it in the refrigerator)
  2. Since your mixture has the consistency of a pudding, add the cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. Sweeten with a natural sweetener that you like.
  4. TOPPINGS: You can play with the toppings and change it, this time we decorated with strawberries and blackberries, CULTO Cacao Nibs and 1 tablespoon of natural almond cream.

Chia seeds are very high in fiber, most of the carbohydrates they contain are fiber. They are high in Omega 3, antioxidants and are a source of vegetal protein. It can be a super alternative to your bowl of oatmeal or cereal in the morning.
