Ingredients:
- 40 g CULTO Cacao Powder
- 240 g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 90 g of molasses
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 150 gr of Monk Fruit
- 1 CULTO 80% Cacao Chocolate Bar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
- Melt the butter.
- Once melted, add the monk fruit and molasses.
- Next, add the vanilla and egg and mix until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix again until combined. You can use your hands at the end of the process to make it easier until a ball of dough forms. Once you have it, roll it on a floured surface.
- Cut your cookies into the desired shapes and cook them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, they will be stickier if you only cook them for 10 minutes.
- Finally, on a plate, melt the chocolate bar with coconut oil and fill your cookies with the desired amount. Decorate with powdered sugar and enjoy.
