  • 40 g CULTO Cacao Powder
  • 240 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 90 g of molasses
  • 110 g unsalted butter
  • 150 gr of Monk Fruit
For the filling:
  • 1 CULTO 80% Cacao Chocolate Bar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
  3. Melt the butter.
  4. Once melted, add the monk fruit and molasses.
  5. Next, add the vanilla and egg and mix until combined.
  6. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix again until combined. You can use your hands at the end of the process to make it easier until a ball of dough forms. Once you have it, roll it on a floured surface.
  7. Cut your cookies into the desired shapes and cook them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, they will be stickier if you only cook them for 10 minutes.
  8. Finally, on a plate, melt the chocolate bar with coconut oil and fill your cookies with the desired amount. Decorate with powdered sugar and enjoy.
