Ingredients:

  • Almond spread with organic cacao CULTO
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1g stevia
  • 50g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Preparation:

  1. Mix everything (except the cream) in a bowl until the dough is formed.
  2. Stretch on two waxed paper, cut with cookie cutters into circles to form base and lids.
  3. Cut the tops in the middle with a star mold to make the linzer cookie shape.
  4. Bake for 10 min at 180°C. Let it cool and fill with your CULTO organic cocoa almond cream.
  5. These Linzer Cookies are a delight. You will love them!
