Ingredients:
- Almond spread with organic cacao CULTO
- 100 g almond flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1g stevia
- 50g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Preparation:
- Mix everything (except the cream) in a bowl until the dough is formed.
- Stretch on two waxed paper, cut with cookie cutters into circles to form base and lids.
- Cut the tops in the middle with a star mold to make the linzer cookie shape.
- Bake for 10 min at 180°C. Let it cool and fill with your CULTO organic cocoa almond cream.
