This recipe will become your favorite, the @culto_cacao chocolate pieces give it the perfect touch to make them your new favorite dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond cream
- 1/2 cup coconut or monk fruit sugar
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup grated coconut without sugar (a little more for the
- topping)
- 1 bar 90% of @culto_cacao (save some for the
- topping)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl combine eggs, sweetener, coconut oil and almond cream with a balloon.
- Add oatmeal, grated coconut, baking powder and salt. Mix everything together.
- Incorporate chocolate in squares.
- Grease 8x8-inch square pan with coconut oil or waxed paper.
- Pour the mixture, covering all sides of the mold well.
- Add chocolate and remaining grated coconut on top.
- Bake for 20-25 min.
- Let cool for at least 20 min. to cut into squares.
- I recommend eating them just after those 20 min to enjoy the melted chocolate!!!
