Chocolate Churros


  • 3 tablespoons CULTO Cacao powder
  • 1 CULTO 80% cacao chocolate bar 
  • ¾ cup of almond flour.
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour.
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 1 egg.

  1. In a pot, mix the coconut oil with the butter and water. Let it melt until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the almond flour, the coconut flour, the cacao powder and the salt, mix and if it is very sticky, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
  3. Add the egg and let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb the moisture.
  4. We put in a duya and the churro shape is made.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden.
  6. They are smeared with coconut oil or butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
  7. You can serve them with melted chocolate.
  8. Enjoy them :)
