Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons CULTO Cacao powder
- 1 CULTO 80% cacao chocolate bar
- ¾ cup of almond flour.
- ⅓ cup coconut flour.
- ¼ teaspoon of salt.
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar.
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 egg.
- In a pot, mix the coconut oil with the butter and water. Let it melt until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from the heat and add the almond flour, the coconut flour, the cacao powder and the salt, mix and if it is very sticky, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
- Add the egg and let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb the moisture.
- We put in a duya and the churro shape is made.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden.
- They are smeared with coconut oil or butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
- You can serve them with melted chocolate.
