Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of Cacao powder CULTO
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cult chocolate melted with 1 tsp. coconut oil
- Sliced almonds
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs together with the sugar and coconut oil.
- Add the flours, cacao, baking powder and salt.
- Mix very well until everything is well integrated.
- Lightly grease a donut pan and spoon a portion of the mixture into each pan.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until puffy and firm to the touch.
- While the donuts are cooling, prepare the chocolate by melting the chunky chocolate with the coconut oil.
- Unmold the donuts and cover with the melted chocolate. Decorate with sliced almonds on top.
