Chocolate donuts


  • 4 tablespoons of Cacao powder CULTO
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cult chocolate melted with 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • Sliced almonds

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs together with the sugar and coconut oil.
  3. Add the flours, cacao, baking powder and salt.
  4. Mix very well until everything is well integrated.
  5. Lightly grease a donut pan and spoon a portion of the mixture into each pan.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes until puffy and firm to the touch.
  7. While the donuts are cooling, prepare the chocolate by melting the chunky chocolate with the coconut oil.
  8. Unmold the donuts and cover with the melted chocolate. Decorate with sliced almonds on top.
