Chocolate donuts with matcha coverage
Chocolate Donuts with Matcha Coverage

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour 1:1
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder @culto_cacao
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg

  1. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl, if your mixture is too thick add a splash of almond milk.
  2. With the help of a sleeve, fill your donut molds and bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  3. While your donuts are cooling, melt white chocolate and add 1 tsp matcha powder.
  4. Dip your donuts in the chocolate and decorate them with cacao nibs @culto_cacao
