Ingredients
1 cup oat flakes
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
1/4 cup chopped almonds
2 tbsp CULTO cacao powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 tbsp agave honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
- Mix the oat flakes and the cacao powder in a bowl.
- In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter, oil and agave syrup and mix until these ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the mixture to the oat flakes and stir.
- Place the granola in a mold with waxed paper and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. Stir the granola after 20 minutes and add the almonds and CULTO cacao nibs.
- Store the granola in a jar and keep in a cool place.
