Ingredients:
- For the base:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- Pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 1 CULTO chocolate bar to taste
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- chopped strawberries
- grated coconut
Procedure:
- Add the eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the flour, flaxseed and salt and mix until you have a cookie-like dough.
- Flatten the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and form a circle.
- Press the base with a fork and put in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool and prepare the chocolate mixture.
- Cut your bar into squares and pass it to a bowl. Add the coconut oil and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Once the chocolate is melted, add the milk and mix until thickened.
- Cover the base with the chocolate mixture. Decorate with strawberries and grated coconut on top.
