A tiramisù in less than 10 min, healthy and with a lot of cocoa @culto_cacao. The perfect dessert 😍🤎🍫
Ingredients
- Cacao powder @culto_cacao
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup of water (We are going to mix the water and the unflavored gelatin until there are no lumps left)
- 2 cups of yogurt without sugar
- 1/4 cup of coffee dissolved in water
- sweetener to taste
- Unflavored gelatin that we already had dissolved in boiling water
- In a bowl we are going to mix those ingredients and reserve.
- 1 package of vanilla cookies (Maria) without sugar (If you don't have vanilla cookies you can use rice cakes/rice cookies)
- We put a layer of cookies without sugar soaked in coffee
- We put a layer of our yogurt mixture
- Repeat
- We finish decorating with cocoa powder
