Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup CULTO cacao powder @culto_cacao
- 1 cup CULTO chocolate in pieces @culto_cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup coconut sugar to coconut
- ½ cup coconut oil to coconut
- ½ cup chocolate chunks
- 2 tbsp coconut oil to coconut
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- Strawberries
Process:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cut the chocolate into pieces and add it to a bowl. Add the hot melted coconut oil and stir until all the chocolate is melted.
- Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix everything together.
- Add the cacao powder and mix again until you have a brownie mix type consistency.
- Grease a circular cake pan and cover with parchment paper.
- Empty the mixture and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool a few minutes to be able to unmold and while preparing the ganache. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Once it is completely melted, add the almond milk and mix well until it thickens.
- Unmold the pancake and once completely cooled cover with the ganache. Decorate with strawberries or fruit of preference.
