  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup CULTO cacao powder @culto_cacao
  • 1 cup CULTO chocolate in pieces @culto_cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar to coconut
  • ½ cup coconut oil to coconut

  • ½ cup chocolate chunks
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil to coconut
  • 2 tbsp almond milk


  • Strawberries


  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Cut the chocolate into pieces and add it to a bowl. Add the hot melted coconut oil and stir until all the chocolate is melted.
  3. Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix everything together.
  4. Add the cacao powder and mix again until you have a brownie mix type consistency.
  5. Grease a circular cake pan and cover with parchment paper.
  6. Empty the mixture and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let cool a few minutes to be able to unmold and while preparing the ganache. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
  8. Once it is completely melted, add the almond milk and mix well until it thickens.
  9. Unmold the pancake and once completely cooled cover with the ganache. Decorate with strawberries or fruit of preference.
