Mud Pie with Hazelnuts

Recipe from



For the chocolate

· 4 tablespoons CULTO Cacao Powder
· 350ml honey
· 40gr of butter
· Half a can of evaporated milk

For the pumpkin mixture
· A can of pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
· 4 tablespoons brown sugar
· Half a cup of evaporated milk
· Half a tablespoon of cloves
· 2 tablespoons ginger powder
· Half a tablespoon of ginger

· A crust pie already made or made of María Doradas cookies


  1. Integrate all the ingredients of the pumpkin mixture. Let stand aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 150ºC
  3. Incorporate all the ingredients except the egg for the chocolate. When there are no lumps, gradually integrate the beaten egg so that it does not cook.
  4. Sandwich the two mixtures at the base of the fie. Bake for an hour.
  5. When it comes out of the oven, let it rest until it solidifies.
  6. Serve with hazelnuts powder and a touch of honey.
