Ingredients
· 1 cup almond cream
· ¼ cup coconut oil
· 1 tsp salt
· 3 tbsp maple syrup
Topping:
· ⅓ cup CULTO chocolate in chunks
· 1 tsp coconut oil
· Maldon Salt
Preparation
- Combine all the fudge ingredients in a saucepan and put on medium heat.
- Let everything come together well and let it rest for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the mixture into a square mold with waxed paper.
- Melt chocolate with oil and coconut. Add melted chocolate over almond butter mixture in a zig zag pattern.
- With a knife create chocolate spirals.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour to harden.
- Remove the fudge from the mold and cut into equal squares. Garnish with Maldon salt.
