Choco-coco brownies

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder CULT
- ½ cup of chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- sweetener to taste
Process
- In a bowl we are going to mix the oatmeal, the chocolate chips and salt. Reserve
- Melt the coconut oil, add cocoa powder, sweetener to taste and mix.
- In a bowl we are going to beat the eggs, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and add the chocolate mixture that we had made previously.
- Slowly incorporate the coconut flour mixture and mix. It should be a semi thick mixture.
- Bake at 200 C for 15-25 min
- Cool and cut into cubes!
- Ready!
Tip: If the mixture is too thick add more mixture of coconut oil and cocoa powder
