Healthy Almond Joy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp monk fruit
  • 1/2 Cup of CULTO Chocolate for coverage

Process

  1. Blend the coconut together with the monk fruit in a food processor until very small pieces are obtained.
  2. Add the water and coconut oil and process until you get a thick and compact mixture.
  3. Place in a silicone mold in the form of bars or mini muffins and freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Unmold and with a little melted chocolate place an almond on top.
  5. Top with melted chocolate and freeze an additional 10 minutes to harden.
  6. Enjoy this delicious healthy almond joy.
