Ingredients
- 6.7 medium dates (100gr)
- 1/4 cup of nut cream (peanut, almond, cashew or hazelnut)
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- 3 tbsp. CULTO cocoa powder
- 200 gr of CULTO chocolate
Process
- Place the dates together with 2 tbsp. of water in the microwave for 30 sec.
- Add dates and dried fruit cream to a processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cocoa powder and salt and blend again until you get a thick and very creamy mixture.
- Place your mixture on a square mold lined with wax paper and press very well until it is even.
- Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Take out of the freezer and cut into squares
- Melt the chocolate and dip your bites into the melted chocolate. Add your favorite toppings on top. Let the chocolate harden.
