Matcha Energy Balls

The best snack, pre-workout and dessert!
Ingredients
Dry:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla vegan protein
- 2 tbsp collagen powder
- 2 days of ground flaxseed
- CULTO Cacao nibs @culto_cacao
- Pinch of salt
Wet:
- 1/4 cup matcha almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dash of vanilla
Process
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the wet ones and mix to form a dough. (If the consistency is very dry you can add a splash of water)
- Form the balls and decorate them with CULTO Cacao nibs
- Freeze for 15/30 min and keep in the fridge!
