INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- CULTO Chocolate bar
- In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients together with the coconut sugar.
- In another bowl mix dry ingredients.
- Combine both mixtures and pour into a donut mold (I used a silicone one)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 17-20 minutes.
- For the coverage, I melted sugar-free white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- For the filling ** melt chocolate 70% cacao from @culto_cacao in the microwave in periods of 30 seconds.
- Fill with the help of a pastry syringe.
- To decorate I placed a little semisweet chocolate
