Ingredients:
- 2 bars of 80% Cacao Culto chocolate
- Golden Petals Herbal Infusion by @nuestraraiz
Preparation:
- Cut the bars into small squares.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until it is completely liquid.
- Pour the chocolate onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Decorate with the golden petals of the herbal infusion and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to harden.
- Break the bar into squares and enjoy.
Pumpkin spice hot chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half tbsp Culto cacao powder
- 2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp almond or hazelnut cream
- Honey to taste
- 1 cup of vegetable milk
- cinnamon flakes
Preparation:
- Mix the ingredients and boil them with the cinnamon flakes and that's it. Enjoy this hot chocolate ideal for this season.
