  • 1 bar of 80% Cacao Culto chocolate
  • puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • Monk fruit


  1. Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut small squares.
  2. Then fill the squares with chocolate pieces.
  3. Add a little egg to the edges to stick them together and use a fork to join everything together.
  4. Brush with beaten egg and a little monk fruit on top.
  5. Bake 30 min at 180 degrees.
  6. Enjoy!
