Ingredients:
- 1 bar of 80% Cacao Culto chocolate
- puff pastry
- 1 egg
- Monk fruit
Preparation:
- Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut small squares.
- Then fill the squares with chocolate pieces.
- Add a little egg to the edges to stick them together and use a fork to join everything together.
- Brush with beaten egg and a little monk fruit on top.
- Bake 30 min at 180 degrees.
