Ingredients
- ⅓ cup oatmeal
- 1 ½ tbsp CULTO cacao powder
- 1 tbsp monk fruit
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Process
- Combine all the ingredients for the crepes in a bowl until you have a mixture.
- Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add 1 ⁄ 3 cup of the mixture to the skillet. Spread to make a thin crepe.
- Once the crepe is firm, remove from the pan and place on a plate.
- Repeat the same process until all the crepe mixture is finished.
- Place Spread CULTO inside the crepe and fold in half.
- Decorate with more spread and chopped hazelnuts on top.
