  • 3 egg whites.
  • 120 grams of liquefied coconut sugar so that it is a type of icing sugar.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder CULTO
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic oil.
  • 20 grams of grated chocolate or in very small pieces.

  1. Preheat the oven to 130ºC.
  2. Beat the whites until they become peaks.
  3. Sift the coconut sugar and add a spoonful by spoonful and beat.
  4. Sift the cocoa and add it to the egg whites together with the balsamic and the chocolate in pieces.
  5. Stir in an enveloping way so as not to lower the egg whites.
  6. Form a disk on waxed paper or a silicone mat, this will be the shape of your meringue.
  7. Bake 1 hour.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Decorate with yogurt, strawberries and a little more chocolate.
