Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites.
- 120 grams of liquefied coconut sugar so that it is a type of icing sugar.
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder CULTO
- 1/2 tsp balsamic oil.
- 20 grams of grated chocolate or in very small pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 130ºC.
- Beat the whites until they become peaks.
- Sift the coconut sugar and add a spoonful by spoonful and beat.
- Sift the cocoa and add it to the egg whites together with the balsamic and the chocolate in pieces.
- Stir in an enveloping way so as not to lower the egg whites.
- Form a disk on waxed paper or a silicone mat, this will be the shape of your meringue.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Let cool.
- Decorate with yogurt, strawberries and a little more chocolate.
