Ingredients
- 260g of oats
- ¼ cup grated coconut without sugar @adecocomx
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 1 ½ tbsp vanilla
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup agave syrup
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- Blend the oats until you have a fine flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender until you get a smooth paste.
- Preheat the oven to 180ªC
- Grease a container and add the mixture
- Bake for 35 minutes
