Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup CULTO cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare a lined loaf pan.
- With a fork mash the bananas.
- Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another.
- Combine both preparations and pour it into the mold.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool and unmold
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. CUTLO cacao powder
- Cacao Nibs or grated zest of a CULTO chocolate bar.
- Blend ingredients except nibs or zest.
- Spread on the pancake and sprinkle the nibs.
