Ingredients:
- ½ cup CULTO cacao powder
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup monk fruit
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- vanilla ice cream
- green dye
- sweets to decorate
- Sugar glass
Process:
- Prepare the cupcakes by preheating the oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients and mix very well.
- Prepare a cupcake mold with paper liners. Add a portion of the mixture to each mold to fill ¾.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes and let cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare the bitumen by combining the vanilla bitumen with the green coloring.
- Pass the bitumen to a pastry bag.
- Decorate each cupcakes forming a tree.
- Decorate with the Christmas sweets and finally sprinkle icing sugar on top.
