  • ½ cup CULTO cacao powder
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup monk fruit
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • vanilla ice cream
  • green dye
  • sweets to decorate
  • Sugar glass


  • Prepare the cupcakes by preheating the oven to 350 F.
  • In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients and mix very well.
  • Prepare a cupcake mold with paper liners. Add a portion of the mixture to each mold to fill ¾.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes and let cool.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the bitumen by combining the vanilla bitumen with the green coloring.
  • Pass the bitumen to a pastry bag.
  • Decorate each cupcakes forming a tree.
  • Decorate with the Christmas sweets and finally sprinkle icing sugar on top.
