Gingerbread Pie


For the dough (2 individual portions)

  • 200 gr oat flour
  • 50ml coconut oil
  • 80ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit amorati
For the filling
  • 1 bottle spread CULT
  • Icing sugar to decorate


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of a portion of the dough until it is well integrated.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and place on a tray with a little flour. Flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin and pass it to your pie mold.
  4. Pierce the base with the help of a fork.
  5. Add the cult spread on top and cover the entire base well.
  6. Prepare the second portion of the dough to make the gingerbread men.
  7. Flatten the dough and cut the figures of the dolls.
  8. Decorate the pie with the dolls and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  9. Once the 20 minutes have passed, put the mold in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Let cool and decorate with icing sugar.
