Ingredients:
- ¼ cup cacao powder @culto_cacao
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil A de Coco
- ½ cup monk fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅔ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour A de Coco
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 80% cacao chocolate bar @culto_cacao
- 1 tbsp coconut oil A de Coco
- Add the eggs, monk fruit, vanilla and coconut oil to a bowl and mix very well.
- Add the flours, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix until everything is well integrated.
- Transfer the mixture to a donut mold and bake at 350 F for 18 minutes.
- Prepare the chocolate coverage by melting the chocolate bar in pieces with the coconut oil in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Once the donuts have cooled slightly, cover with the melted chocolate and place in the fridge for 10 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
