CULTO Chocolate Donuts
Chocolate donuts

  • ¼ cup cacao powder @culto_cacao
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil A de Coco
  • ½ cup monk fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ⅔ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour A de Coco
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 80% cacao chocolate bar @culto_cacao
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil A de Coco
  1. Add the eggs, monk fruit, vanilla and coconut oil to a bowl and mix very well.
  2. Add the flours, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix until everything is well integrated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a donut mold and bake at 350 F for 18 minutes.
  4. Prepare the chocolate coverage by melting the chocolate bar in pieces with the coconut oil in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  5. Once the donuts have cooled slightly, cover with the melted chocolate and place in the fridge for 10 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
