Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 cup pecan nuts
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup monk fruit
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup egg whites
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Strawberries
- CULTO chocolate
- Coconut milk
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Add the nuts and the shredded coconut to a processor. Process on high speed until the nuts are finely chopped.
- Transfer the nuts to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the granola onto a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Accompany with strawberries, cult chocolate and milk of your choice.
