Date bar with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

• 1 80% CULTO chocolate bar
• CULTO Cacao nibs 
• 8 dates.
• peanut butter
• Vanilla ice cream
• filleted almonds
• grated coconut

Process

1. Open the dates and remove the seed.
2. Arrange them in a tray with waxed paper and with the back of a glass crush it so that they come together.
3. Spread peanut butter, serve ice cream, sprinkle almonds, serve the chocolate and decorate with the cacao nibs and grated coconut.
4. Take to the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream hardens again.
