Ingredients
- 1 80% CULTO chocolate bar
- CULTO Cacao nibs
- 8 dates.
- peanut butter
- Vanilla ice cream
- filleted almonds
- grated coconut
- Open the dates and remove the seed.
- Arrange them in a tray with waxed paper and with the back of a glass crush it so that they come together.
- Spread peanut butter, serve ice cream, sprinkle almonds, serve the chocolate and decorate with the cacao nibs and grated coconut.
- Take to the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream hardens again.
