Ingredients
· 150 g oat flour
· 4 tbsp CULTO Cacao Powder
· ¼ cup coconut sugar
· 5 tablespoons peanut butter
· 4 tablespoons of water
· Pinch of salt
Toppings
· Melted white chocolate
·CULTO Cacao Nibs
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
- Mix all the ingredients in the processor or in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Form balls with your hands and flatten them to form the cookies.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with silicone paper.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack and decorate with the melted white chocolate and CULTO Cacao Nibs.
