Ingredients:
2 cups of oatmeal
3/4 cup of unsweetened Almond milk
3 teaspoons ginger powder (or to your taste)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder (adjust the measurements to your liking)
3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons of natural agave honey or 2 of natural molasses
1 egg at room temperature
1/4 cup of@a_de_coco pressed coconut oil cold at room temperature
1 to 2 tablespoons of natural vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
Instructions
✨Mix the liquid and dry ingredients separately and then integrate and make a homogeneous mixture
✨In a muffin tin with baking paper (parchment paper) or greased place the mixture
✨ Bake for 35 min at 180 • c
✨Serve and decorate with Greek yogurt bitumen, nuts, seeds and dried fruits
