Mussi Chocolate Cookies Recipe with PB

Ingredients
· 1 cup MUSSI peanut butter
· 1/2 cup monk fruit
· 1/3 cup unsweetened CULTO Cacao Powder
· 2 eggs
· 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
· 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
Process
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Cover a tray with waxed paper.
- In a large bowl, add and mix the liquid ingredients: eggs, peanut butter, and almond milk. Incorporate dry ingredients: monk fruit, cocoa and baking powder and stir until a well-integrated dough is formed.
- Scoop out cookie dough into 10 large cookie balls. The dough should be thick and sticky.
- Place each ball on the baking sheet and flatten with your fingers to form a thick, flat, round cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, be careful not to bake too much so they don't dry out of the center.
- Garnish with peanut butter (optional).
