  • ½ cup cacao powder @culto_cacao
  • Cacao nibs @culto_cacao
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • almond cream
  • Banana


  1. Add the egg, milk, coconut oil, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and mix very well.
  3. Preheat your waffle iron and add a portion of the mixture.
  4. Let cook and repeat the same process with all the mixture until finished.
  5. Decorate with almond cream, banana slices and cocoa nibs.
