Ingredients:
- 2 bars of Culto chocolate
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or any other nut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, thaw)
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Instructions:
- Line a muffin tin with the capsules. In a bowl, mash the banana.
- Add the peanut butter and oats.
- Mix everything to combine well. Take tablespoons of the mixture and form it into a ball.
- Pour the mixture into the capsule and press firmly to make a hole in the center of each capsule.
- Place the blackberries, chia seeds, and syrup in a blender. Pulse for a few seconds until you get a smooth mixture. Add a tablespoon of the raspberry mixture to each capsule.
- Melt the chocolate bars and coconut oil together. Pour the melted chocolate over each pod, spreading it over the raspberry mixture in an even layer. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to harden or in the freezer for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
