Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup natural almond cream
4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup monk fruit
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
2/3 cup CULTO Chocolate bar 90% Cacao in chunks
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 Fº
- In a large bowl, add eggs and sugar. Combine with a balloon.
- Add almond cream, coconut oil and puree. Mix everything together.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix very well until you have a light and shiny mixture.
- Add the chopped chocolate.
- Prepare a square brownie pan and grease with coconut oil.
- Pour the mixture out and flatten with a spatula until smooth.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes to cut into squares.
