Ingredients:
- 4 bananas (2 frozen + 2 fresh)
- ½ cup coconut or almond milk
- 4 dates
- 1 cup frozen berries
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Toppings: clusters, cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries
Process:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until they are well integrated.
- Decorate with cacao nibs and clusters as toppings. Accompany with fresh fruit (berries and raspberry).
