Ingredients:
  • 4 bananas (2 frozen + 2 fresh)
  • ½ cup coconut or almond milk
  • 4 dates
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Toppings: clusters, cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries

Process:

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until they are well integrated.
  • Decorate with cacao nibs and clusters as toppings. Accompany with fresh fruit (berries and raspberry).
