Banana and Chocolate Palettes 

Ingredients:
  • 3 bananas
  • grated coconut
  • 2 Culto chocolate bars

Process:
  1. Cut the plantains in half and place a stick through the middle of each piece.
  2. Cut the chocolate bars and melt the chocolate in a small glass (in 30 second intervals in the micro)
  3. Dip each stick into the melted chocolate and cover well.
  4. Decorate with grated coconut and take it to the fridge for the chocolate to harden.
