Smoothie Bowl with Clusters & NibsIngredients:
4 bananas (2 frozen + 2 fresh)
½ cup coconut or almond milk
4 dates
1 cup frozen berries
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Toppings: clusters, cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries
Process:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until they are well integrated.
Decorate with cacao nibs and clusters as toppings. Accompany with fresh fruit (berries and raspberry).
Chocolate Smoothie with ClustersIngredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 dates
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup oats
1 tablespoon of almond cream
ice to taste
Clusters to taste
Sliced almonds and walnuts to taste
Process:
Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend until the ice frosts and we have a Smoothie consistency.
Add clusters, raspberries and walnuts on top to decorate and give it a crunchy and delicious texture.
Breakfast bowl with ClustersIngredients:
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
250g cup Greek yogurt
Blueberries
Blackberries
Peanut butter to taste
CULTO Clusters to taste
Cacao nibs to taste
Maple syrup to taste
Process
Mix the cocoa powder, maple syrup and natural yogurt.
Sprinkle with Cult toppings: clusters and cocoa nibs and fruit to taste.

2 egg whites or one egg

1/4 tsp baking powder
sweetener to taste (I used 1 tsp monkfruit)
