Double chocolate cake with red berries

Easy recipe to surprise everyone this season
Ingredients
· 250 gr oatmeal
· 50 gr CULTO Cacao Powder
· 90 gr coconut sugar
· 70 ml water
· 60 ml olive oil
· 6 gr baking powder
· Pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients (oatmeal, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt) and in another the liquid ingredients (water and olive oil).
- Then put the 2 preparations together to form a dough.
- Roll into a ball and refrigerate for a few minutes before spreading.
- Spread with a rolling pin and put the dough in the cake tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC
Filling Ingredients
· 100 g cashew
· 60 g CULTO Cacao Powder
· 40 grams maple syrup
· 20 ml water
Preparation
- Blend all the ingredients and fill the cakes.
- Decor with 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, and 1 cup raspberries.
