INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tablespoons chia
- vanilla splash
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Yogurt mix:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Coffee milk:
- 1 cup vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon coffee powder
Cocoa powder CULT
PROCEDURE
- In a bowl, mix the oats with the chia and the salt.
- In a separate glass, mix the milk with the coffee and stir well.
- Add the milk mixture to the oats. Add vanilla and honey. Mix and cover with plastic. Get in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey.
- Assemble your oats by first adding a layer of your soaked oats. Cover with the yogurt mixture and repeat again.
- Top the yogurt with CULT cocoa powder and enjoy.
