INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder CULT
- ½ cup monk fruit
- 1 CULT chocolate bar to taste
- chopped hazelnuts
PROCEDURE
- Add cottage cheese and cocoa powder to a processor.
- Add the monk fruit to a blender to make a powder and add to the processor mixture.
- Blend at high speed until everything is well integrated and you have a creamy consistency.
- Add some hazelnuts to a glass and cover with a few tablespoons of mousse. Add another layer of hazelnuts and another layer of mousse until the glass is full.
- Melt the Cult chocolate and add it over the mousse. Add hazelnuts and put in the fridge until the chocolate is firm.
- Serve and enjoy at the moment.
