Cottage Cheese and Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder CULT
  • ½ cup monk fruit
  • 1 CULT chocolate bar to taste
  • chopped hazelnuts

PROCEDURE
  1. Add cottage cheese and cocoa powder to a processor.
  2. Add the monk fruit to a blender to make a powder and add to the processor mixture.
  3. Blend at high speed until everything is well integrated and you have a creamy consistency.
  4. Add some hazelnuts to a glass and cover with a few tablespoons of mousse. Add another layer of hazelnuts and another layer of mousse until the glass is full.
  5. Melt the Cult chocolate and add it over the mousse. Add hazelnuts and put in the fridge until the chocolate is firm.
  6. Serve and enjoy at the moment.
