INGREDIENTS:
- 1 CULTO chocolate bar (flavor to taste)
- 125 grams of frozen strawberries
- 95 grams of grated coconut
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
PROCEDURE
- Add the strawberries, shredded coconut, and honey to a processor.
- Press for a few seconds until the entire mixture is integrated and you have a dough consistency.
- Form balls with your hands and put in the freezer in which you prepare your chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Cover each strawberry ball with the chocolate mixture and place on parchment paper.
- Put in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate is firm and enjoy.
