Banana and Chocolate Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup almond cream
  • 3 cups of gluten-free flour
  • 3 tbsp. monkfruit
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of CULTO chocolate 60% cacao
Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC
  2. In a nun bowl mix the mashed bananas, almond cream, almond milk and 1 egg.
  3. Add monkfruit, baking powder and flour.
  4. Cut a 60% Cacao CULTO chocolate bar into small pieces and add to mix everything one last time.
  5. Transfer to a greased mold and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cut into triangles and serve with a little almond cream on top.
