Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup almond cream
- 3 cups of gluten-free flour
- 3 tbsp. monkfruit
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup of CULTO chocolate 60% cacao
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC
- In a nun bowl mix the mashed bananas, almond cream, almond milk and 1 egg.
- Add monkfruit, baking powder and flour.
- Cut a 60% Cacao CULTO chocolate bar into small pieces and add to mix everything one last time.
- Transfer to a greased mold and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut into triangles and serve with a little almond cream on top.
