  • ⅓ cup Culto cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup monk fruit
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
For him bitumen:
  • ½ cup Culto chocolate 80% in pieces 
  • 1 cup coconut cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl combine eggs, sweetener, milk and coconut oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  4. Add the liquid mixture to the dry and mix. Integrate everything well until you have a light chocolate mixture.
  5. Grease a heart-shaped mold with coconut oil. Pour the mixture into the mold, covering the entire base very well.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake looks puffy and a little firm when it touches the center.
  7. Let cool and while preparing the bitumen. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until it is completely liquid.
  8. Combine the coconut cream with the melted chocolate and mix very well.
  9. Once the cake has cooled, pour the icing on top to decorate the cake.
  10. Add toppings of preference and enjoy!
