Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Culto cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup monk fruit
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 ½ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup Culto chocolate 80% in pieces
- 1 cup coconut cream
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl combine eggs, sweetener, milk and coconut oil.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry and mix. Integrate everything well until you have a light chocolate mixture.
- Grease a heart-shaped mold with coconut oil. Pour the mixture into the mold, covering the entire base very well.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake looks puffy and a little firm when it touches the center.
- Let cool and while preparing the bitumen. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until it is completely liquid.
- Combine the coconut cream with the melted chocolate and mix very well.
- Once the cake has cooled, pour the icing on top to decorate the cake.
- Add toppings of preference and enjoy!
