Since I discovered that having ice cream and desserts for breakfast is healthy ... I went to the moon!
Of course it has to do with healthy ingredients, appropriate portions for your weight and goals, because they could be a bomb if you let yourself go with everything.
I leave you this recipe, one of the favorites of my coaches in my personalized programs.
You need:
· 1/2 frozen banana
· 1/2 scoop vegan protein
· 1/2 tablespoon of Culto cacao powder
· 1 tablespoon of adaptogen mix
· 1/2 cup almond milk
Blend all the ingredients
Toppings:
· Blueberries
· Big wave
· Hemp seeds
· Goji berries
· CULTO Cacao Nibs
