
Indian Nut Cream
Delicious spread, very healthy and high in vegetable protein. Ideal to accompany pancakes, waffles, a toast, fruit or any other craving.
Ingredients
·125 gr of raw Indian walnut (without salt)
·125 ml of almond milk, rice, soy, etc
·1 teaspoon vanilla
· 25 gr of CULTO Cacao Powder
· Stevia, monk fruit or agave honey to taste
Instructions
- Place the cashew in a bowl and cover with potable water. Let them soak for at least three hours (or overnight).
- Then drain the water and put them in a food processor or blender on high speed.
- Add the non-dairy milk, vanilla, cocoa and sweetener.
- Process the whole mixture until you get a creamy and homogeneous consistency.
- Transfer your cream to a jar and refrigerate, consume within 4-5 days
