Relaxing maca and Cacao drinkIngredients
200 ml of vegetable drink
1 tablespoon of pure Cacao powder @culto_cacao
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 date
1 teaspoon maca
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
vanilla powder
Muscovado sugar (optional)
Process
Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
Heat the mixture in a pot, serve it in a cup so that it can hold the heat longer and relax
Dark Chocolate PopsiclesIngredients
1 banana
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Cacao powder
3 sachets of stevia or monk fruit
Cinnamon to taste
Approx. 10g dark chocolate melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder (optional)
A splash of almond milk
Process
Once blended, pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 4-5 hours.
Then dip each popsicle in the glass with chocolate and put in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
