grated coconut
Process
Open the dates and remove the seed.
Arrange them in a tray with waxed paper and with the back of a glass crush it so that they come together.
Spread peanut butter, serve ice cream, sprinkle almonds, serve the chocolate and decorate with the cacao nibs and grated coconut.
Take to the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream hardens again.

Greek yogurt without sugar
* Quantity depends on how many you want to prepare.Procedure:
Combine unsweetened Greek yogurt with blueberries and almonds.
Add the clusters (as seen in the video) to a plate lined with waxed paper and freeze for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate with 1/2 tsp coconut oil, in 20 second intervals in the microwave.
Let the chocolate cool slightly, remove the clusters from the freezer and cover with the melted chocolate.
Get in the freezer for 5 more minutes and done.
